摘要
本文介绍了排水用薄壁RPVC管生产工艺。通过在原料配比中加入杭冲击改性剂,改变挤出机各段加热温度,定径内压和严格控制牵引速度的方法成功地研制出壁厚比国标要求壁厚减少一倍而性能完全相同的排水用薄壁RPVC管。这样在同样数量的原料条件下,能生产出长度比原来多35.9%的管材。节约了原料消耗;同时也使RPVC管变得更加轻巧,安装和使用更加方便。
This paper introduces the production technology of thin wall RPVC pipe for drainage. By adding impact modifier into the formulation, changing heating temperature in each zone of the extruder, the pressure for calibration and strictly regulating haul-off speed, thin wall RPVC pipe was successfully developed, which had a thickness only half of that set by China’s national standard, while had the identical performance. So we produced pipes 35.9% longer than that before by similiar amount of materials. Not only the materials were saved, but al-so RPVC pipe became lighter and more convenient in installation and usage.
