社区糖尿病患者家庭功能与血糖控制效果的评价

Evaluation of the family functions of community diabetes patients and effect of their blood sugar control

目的 了解社区糖尿病患者家庭功能与血糖控制效果的关系。方法 调查上海市杨浦区殷行社区 10 0名糖尿病患者的一般情况、自我管理状况、家庭功能评估结果与血糖控制效果的关系。结果 社区糖尿病患者家庭功能与血糖控制效果有关。结论 通过有效行为干预 ,改善社区糖尿病患者家庭功能 ,提高患者自我管理能力 ,是控制糖尿病患者血糖水平、减少并发症与合并症行之有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the family functions of community diabetes patients and effect of their blood sugar control.Methods Investigated general conditions,self-management,family′s functions and blood sugar control of 100 diabetes patients who live in Yinhang community,Yangpu district,Shanghai.Analysed the relationship between the family functions of community diabetes patients and effect of their blood sugar control.Results The family′s functions of community diabetes patients have some effect on their blood sugar control.Conclusion The effective behavior interventions,improvement of the diabetes patients′family functions and enhancement of the patients′abilities in self-management are practical and effective methods on the blood sugar control and side-symptom reduction for the community diabetes patients.
