The compatibility of amylase and pectinase w as discussed. The paper focused on the influences of temperature and time of steam ing with unsaturated vapor and concentration of the two enzymes on capillary eff ect and desizing ratio. The optimum desizing and scouring technological conditio ns were obtained.
