摘要
通过肋片管二维温度场的测定和计算 ,揭示了肋片管沿肋高和肋宽的温度分布规律 ,优化了肋片管的结构参数 ,为 12V180ZJC型柴油机机油冷却系统进一步改善性能提出了重要措施 ,对其它领域的换热设备结构优化也有指导意义。
Based on measuring and calculating two-dimension temperature field of ribbed tube,the temperature distribution of ribbed tube along with rib height and rib width is pointed out and the structural parameters of the tube are optimized.The measures for improving the performances of 12V180ZJC diesel engine oil cooling system are proposed.This is also benefit to the structural optimization of heat-exchange equipments used in other field.
