介绍了资阳机车厂出口越南的CKD7F型米轨干线电传动内燃机车电传动系统主要电气部件 :JF2 2 1型同步主副发电机、JGL4 0 5J型交流感应子励磁机、ZGG0 2型主整流柜、ZQDR 310型牵引电动机基本参数的确定和选型、主要技术参数和特点 ;美国卡特彼勒 35 12B型电子控制燃油喷射柴油机电子控制系统的组成、特点以及机车微机、机车控制与柴油机电子控制系统间的控制接口设计 ;机车微机控制系统的组成、特点和功能 ;交流列车供电系统的组成、特点以及发电环节和供配电环节的电路设计。
The main electrical parts of CKD_(7F) metre-gauge main-line diesel electrical transmission locomotive exported to Vietnam are described,which are JF221 synchronous generator,JGL 405J AC inductor exciter,ZGG02 main rectifier cabinet and ZQDR-310 traction motor;the composition and features of the electronic-control fuel injection system of Caterpiller 3512B diesel engine and the design of interface between locomotive microcomputer control system and diesel engine electronic-control system are described;the composition,characteristics and functions of locomotive microcomputer control system are described;the composition,characteristics of train electricity supply system and the circuit design of generating and supplying power are described.
