白术挥发油成分分析及其色谱指纹图谱研究初探 被引量:23

摘要 目的 分析平江、怀化和浙江白术的挥发油成分并比较其色谱指纹图谱 ,为建立白术药材色谱指纹图谱提供依据。方法 用水蒸气蒸馏法和渗漉法提取平江、怀化和浙江白术的挥发油 ,气相色谱 -质谱联用仪检测 ,直观推导式演进特征投景 (HEL P)法解析所得的 GC- MS数据 ,从整体上比较了其色谱指纹图谱的差异。结果 水蒸气蒸馏法更有利于白术挥发油的提取 ;HEL P法较好地克服了色谱峰重叠对定性、定量的影响 ;不同产地的白术有共同的特征峰和不同点。结论 色谱指纹图谱可用于白术药材的鉴别和质量控制。 Object To analyze the constituents and build up the fingerprint spectrum of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. Methods The essential oil was extracted by water distillation method and seeping method and analyzed by GC-MS,heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP) resolution method. The fingerprints difference of A. macrocephala from various habitats were compared. Results Water distillation method was good for the extraction of essential oil. The HELP method can greatly improve the reliability of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of essential oil. A. macrocephala from various habitats showed the common peaks and differentiae. Conclusion The fingerprint spectrum can be used to distinguish A. macrocephala and to be its quality control method.
