肿瘤科护士癌症疼痛知识、态度及行为调查研究

An Investigation on Knowledge About Pain, Attitude,and Behavior of Nurses in Oncology Department

目的 :了解肿瘤科护士癌症疼痛知识、态度及行为的情况。方法 :选取肿瘤科工作的护理人员 90人 ,发放自制的癌症疼痛知识、态度及相关行为调查问卷。结果 :肿瘤科护士癌症疼痛知识得分为 2 9.2分± 7.92分 ,疼痛态度得分为 17.10分± 2 .0 5分 ,疼痛治疗及护理行为得分为 9.66分±1.45分。结论 :目前肿瘤科护士对癌症疼痛 ,在态度和行为上都表现出不同程度的消极性 。

Objective: to find out what nurses from oncology department know about knowledge for cancer pain, attitude and behavior towards cancer pain. Method: a total of 90 nursing staffs working in oncology department were selected and investigated by filling out self-made questionnaire for knowledge, attitude, and related behavior towards cancer pain. Results: nurses from oncology department had cancer pain knowledge score of 29.2 ±7.92, attitude toward cancer pain scored 17.10±2.05, and pain treatment and nursing behavior scored 9.66±1.45. Conclusion: at present, the knowledge level about cancer pain of nurses from oncology department remained to be promoted. Some negative factors showed in certain extent in both attitude and behaviors towards cancer pain of nurses from oncology department. Moreover, there was obvious positive correlation between knowledge level about cancer pain of nurses and their attitude and behavior towards cancer pain.
