摘要
本文研究了透明润滑剂GMS、HSt、BS、G16、H16、H74、液体石蜡及H16/H74、BS/HSt、Lu(复合润滑酯)对RPVC熔体流动性及挤出胀大比的影响,比较了它们的塑化特性、力学性能和透明性。实验结果表明。H16/H74、BS/HSt和Lu分别为0.9/0.6PHR、0.6/0.6PHR、0.6PHR时,对提高RPVC熔体的流动性效果较理想。Lu—RPVC的塑化性能略好于BS/HSt和H16/H74,但胀大比较大。液体石蜡可明显提高RPVC的断裂伸长率,Lu、GMS对RPVC透明性的提高效果较好。
In this paper the effects of transparent lubricants GMS, BS, G16, H16, H74, HSt, liquid paraffin, H16/H74, BS/HSt and Lu(compound of lubricating esters)on the fluidity and die swell of RPVC melt wrer studied. The plasticizing and mechanical propertie, and the transparency of the RPVC were compared. The results showed that the fluidity of RPVC was apparently improved at H16/H74 = 0.9/0.6 phr, BS/HSt=0.6/0.6 phr, Lu = 0.6 phr; the plasticizing property of Lu—RPVC was a little better than those of BS/HSt and H16/H74, but the die swell was increased. The elongation at break of RPVC was apparently increased by liquid paraffin. The transparency of RPVC was improved by Lu and GMS.
