摘要
本文叙述了用PTFE废弃边角屑料经辐射裂解,超微气流粉碎制备PTFE超细粉的工艺过程与应用范围。PTFE超细粉的分子量为6.9×10~4～7.9×10~4,粒度达1～20μm。
This paper describes the preparation of ultrafine PTFE powder from the waste leftover bits and pieces of PTFE by radiation splitting and superfine airflow, as well as the application of the powder. The molecular weight of the powder is 6.9×10~4—7.9×10~4 and the particle size is 1-20μm.
