摘要
本文介绍了二氯硅烷的Wurtz型还原偶联反应制备聚硅烷,叙述了该聚合反应形成甲硅烷基阴离子、甲硅烷基自由基和短寿命甲硅烷基自由基的反应机理,并对反应中的溶剂效应和温度的影响也作了讨论。
The mechanisms of polysilane synthesis by Wurtz—type reductive coupling of dichlorosilanes with the possible intermediates of silyl anions, silyl radicals and short—lived silyl radicals are described. The effects of solvents, cosolvents and temperature upon this polymerization are also introduced in this paper.
