摘要
本文采用正交设计法,对PTFE、石墨、玻璃纤维、铜粉的共混物进行配方筛选,找出了影响共混物主要性能:磨耗、比重、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的主要因素,并对其原因作了解释。
This paper deals with the study on the formulation of PTFE belended with graphite, fiberglass and Cu powder by orthogonal experiment. The major factors affecting the properties, such as wear, specific gravity, tensile stuength and elongation at break, are studied ,and the reasons of the effects on the properties are also explained.
