摘要 本文介绍了十溴联苯醚(DBDPO)——三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)阻燃体系,对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的阻燃效果。讨论了增韧剂,分散剂对阻燃效果及材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,当阻燃体系加到适量时,可达到UL—94V—0级,但使冲击强度、断裂伸长率下降,断裂强度上升。增韧剂和分散剂的加入,使冲击强度和断裂强度增加,断裂仲长率略有下降。 The flame retarding effect of decabromodiphenyl oxide—Sb_2O_3 flame retardant system on HIPS was described ,and the effect of toughening agent and dispersing agent on the flame retardance and the mechanical properties was also discussed. The results showed when the (?)dditiion of the flame retardant was up to an amount ,the fir resistance increased to UL—94 V—0,but the impact (?) and (?)longation at break deereasde,and break- down strength increased; the impact strength and break—down stren(?) Increa(?), but the elongation at break decreased a little when toughening agent and dispersing agent were used.
