摘要
目的:为临床MRI诊断踝关节内侧韧带的损伤提供形态学依据。方法:利用冰冻断层切片技术,将40例不同体位的踝关节标本制成6个不同方位的断层标本,观察各韧带在不同方位、不同体位下的附着、走行及毗邻关系。结果:内侧韧带在横断切面足呈完全背屈位时显示最佳,冠状切面在不同体位时,内侧韧带均能较好显示,斜冠状位可显示胫距前韧带及胫舟韧带的全长。结论:在足的不同体位下,选择最佳切面可分别显示踝关节内侧韧带的全长。
Objective:To provide the sectional anatomic features of medial lig aments of the ankle joint for clinical MRI diagnosis. Methods:A total of 40 cad aver ankle joints in different positions were cryosectioned to 6 different secti onal planes. The attachment, course and relationship of medial ligaments of the ankle joints in different positions were observed on 6 orientation sections. Res ults:With the foot taped into full dorsiflexion, axial orientation provided opt imum views of medial ligaments. Coronal orientation provided better views of med ial ligaments when foot was put in different positions. Coronal oblique orientat ion provided full-length views of anterior tibiotalar ligament and tibionavicul ar ligament. Conclusion:Selecting the optimum orientation can display the full -length of medial ligaments of the ankle joint respectively when foot was put i n different position.
