摘要
介绍轧钢机尼龙轴瓦用MC尼龙的改性。讨论了复合助催化剂、沸水后处理等增韧技术及添加剂微细化对MC尼龙的影响。结果表明,选用三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯复合催化剂可明显提高冲击强度,由采用甲苯二异氰酸酯的4.95kJ/m^2提高到16.3kJ/m^2,再经沸水增韧处理后可进一步提高到43.2kJ/m^2。添加导热剂、减磨剂和提高填料细度,使普通MC尼龙的PV极限值由10MPa·m/s提高到28.7MPa·m/s.所研制的MC801经鞍钢中板厂在2300轧机上应用,寿命可达17天,无堵水眼现象,经鉴定可替代棉布增强酚醛树脂瓦。
The modification of MC nylon axle bush used on rolling mill, was introduced and discussion on the effect of toughening technology ,such as compounded auxiliary catalysts and boiling water after—trcatment,and the fine—granulation of additives on the MC nylon was also made. The results showed the impact strength could be obviously increased by using tritane tri—isocyanate and tgluene diisocyanate compounded catalysts,increased from 4.95kJ/m^2 by diisucyanate to 16. 3kJ/m^2, and after boiling water toughening,the strength could be further increased to 43.2kJ/m^2; the PV limiting value of common MC nylon could be increased from 10 MPa. m/s to 28. 7MPa. m/s by adding heat conducting agent,wear—reducing agent and finely granulating the additives. The prepared MC 801 nylon was applied to 2300 rolling mill in Anshan Medium Plate Rolling Mill, the service life of the nylon was as long as 17 days,without blocking up,and the product had proved to replace cotton fabric reinforced phenolic resin product.
