涤纶碎布增强三聚氰胺—甲醛模塑料的研制

摘要 介绍涤纶碎布增强三聚氰胺—甲醛模塑料的制备和性能,对涤纶碎布含量、固化温度对性能的影响进行了讨论。在三异氰脲酸酯和硫酸铝存在下,三聚氰胺与甲醛于90~95℃反应约1小时得到乳液树脂,碎布经树脂浸渍后,与固化剂等添加剂混均加热固化即得到增强模塑料。结果表明,碎布含量80%,加热固化温度65±5℃得到的产品性能最好。与棉布增强料相比,冲击强度高、介电性能高,可用于抗震和耐电弧制件。 The preparation and the property of Dacron oddments reinforced melamine—formaldehyde material were introduced,and discussion on the effect of Dacron oddments content and curing temperature on the property of the prepared material was also made. In the presence of tri—isocyanurate and aluminum sulfate,melamine reacted with formaldehyde at 90- 95℃ for about one hour ,forming emulsion resin. The reinforced moulding material was prepared by impregnating the oddments with the emulsion resin,then mixing and heating the impregnated oddments with curing agent and other additives. The results showed the property of the prepared product was best when the oddments content was 80% and the curing temperature was 65±5℃. Compared with cotton fabric oddments reinforced ones, the impact strengh and dielectric properties of this moulding material were better ,and this material could be applied to the components requiring shock resistance and arc resistance.
