学习型组织与知识流

在经济变化与技术革新日益加剧的今天 ,为了提高自身的适应、生存、创新和竞争能力 ,企业必须不断学习新知识 ,才能在知识社会中保持竞争优势。大量研究表明 ,优秀的企业都是善于学习的组织 ,并把学习作为基本功能。在学习型组织中 ,存在着许多与知识相关的活动 ,本文侧重于讨论学习型组织内部的知识流 ,以及促进知识得以流动的因素。

Given the more turbulent economic environment and speeding up technology innovation today,enterprises have to learn new knowledge continuously in order to enhance their abilities of self adaptation,survival,and innovation and remain their competitive edges in knowledge society. There have many of activities about knowledge in Learning Organization.So it focuses on the discussion about the knowledge flows of a learning organization,and studies the factors which enable knowledge to flowing.
