摘要 禽流感(Avian Influenza,AI)是由A型流感病毒引起的、发生于各种家禽和野禽的病毒性传染病,有多种表现形式.过去一直用欧洲鸡瘟或真性鸡瘟来描述这种致死率极高的急性出血性疾病,1981年在美国马里兰州Beetsville召开的第一届国际禽流感学术讨论会上废除了"鸡瘟"这一病名,改称高致病性禽流行性感冒(Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza,HPAI),因为禽流感除了HPAI外,还有其他各种表现形式.世界动物卫生组织(OIE)将其列为A类烈性传染病.
