摘要
试验表明中间球海胆稚胆对敌百虫短时间(24小时)处理的忍受范围较广,500mg/L仍有成活个体,稚胆胆径φ<500μm的个体对敌百虫的耐受力弱。其安全浓度为4.6369 mg/L。30 mg/L以下浓度稚胆的脱板率差异不显著。敌百虫对稚胆的毒性在有饵状态下减弱,耐受力增强。
the results of experiment show that the sea urchin (Strongyocentrotus internedius)ha.s very strong tolerance ability to the trichlorphon within 24 hrs.,there is still survivors when treated by 500 mg/ L.But the juveniles urchin(φ<500μm) are sensitive to tricholorphon.The safety concentration of trichlorphon for the sea urchin is 4.6369 mg/L,and there is no difference in the fall-down rate if the concentration less than 30 mg/L.The results also show that the urchin has stronger tolerance ability with food than without food.
