健心汤对充血性心力衰竭患者血清细胞因子的干预作用

Clinical Study on the Intervention Action of Jianxin Decotion(健心汤 ) on the Seum Cytokine Level with Congestive Heart Failure

目的探讨健心汤对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)的干预作用。方法将66例CHF患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,试验组在此基础上加用中药健心汤,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6、NO和心功能的变化。结果治疗后两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、NO水平均明显下降,试验组较对照组降低更为显著;治疗后两组心功能均有明显改善,而以试验组改善程度更佳。结论健心汤可能通过调控血清细胞因子的水平,起到防止和逆转心室重塑、改善心功能的作用。

To investigate the intervention action of Jianxin Decoction on the serum cytokine level with congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods:66 patients with CHF were randomized into the controlled group (n=33) and the treatment group (n=33).Patients in both groups received routine treatment,and those in the treatment group received Jianxin Decoction in addition.Before and after treatment,serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF- α ),interleukin- 6(IL- 6),nitric oxide(NO),echocardiogram left ventricular ejection(LVEF),left ventricular end- diastolic volume(LVEDV),left atrial internal diameter were determined.Results:After the treatment,the LVEF increased,the LVEDV,left atrial internal diameter decreased ,and the levels of TNF- α ,IL- 6,NO were significantly lower than those before the treatment in both groups,and the decreasing degrees of the indices were more significantly of the treatment group than those of the controlled group.Conclusion:Jianxin Decoction can adjust the concentrations of the cytokines,prevent and alleviate the ventricular remodeling in CHF.
