电针心经、小肠经干预心肌缺血作用及机制探讨 被引量:32

摘要 目的观察电针心经、小肠经对急性心肌缺血模型大鼠心功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用静脉注射脑垂体后叶素复制大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,予电排针刺激其心经“神门-通里”或小肠经“养老-支正”段经脉主干,观察其心功能变化及心率变异性改变情况。结果电针心经、小肠经可明显改善心功能,且以电针心经为著;电针心经、小肠经均可使模型大鼠心率下降,速率减慢,降幅减小,总心率变异性比值显著减小,自主神经系统动态平衡比值明显增大,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论电针心经、小肠经均对急性心肌缺血具有保护作用,可明显促进自主神经系统动态平衡的恢复及明显提高交感神经系统兴奋性。 To observe the effect of electroacupuncturing the Heart Channel and the Small Intestine Channel on the heart function in acute myocardial ischemic model rats, and to explore the mechanism. Methods:48 rats were randomly divided into the controlled group,the model group,the Heart Channel group and the Small Intestine Channel group.By intraveinously injecting posterior pituitrin hormone,the acute myocardial ischemic model was established.The effects on the heart function and heart rate variability (HRV) were investigated by stimulating channel section of Shenmen(神 门 )- Tongli(通 里 ) or Yanglao(养 老 )- Zhizheng(支 正 ) with multi- electroacupuncture.Results:Electroacupuncturing the Heart Channel or the Small Intestine Channel could improve the heart function,and the effects of electroacupuncturing the Heart Channel were superior to those of electroacupuncturing the Small Intestine Channel.After electroacupuncture,the decreasing speed of heart rate became slow and the range cut down.The total HRV decreased significantly.The ratio of dynamic equilibrium of autonomic nerve system was higher in the Heart Channel group and the Small Intestime Channel group than that in model group.Conclusion:The excitability of sympathetic nerve system was increased,which may participate in protective effect of elctroacupunturing the Heart Channel and the Small Intestine Channel against acute myocardial ischemia.
