摘要
企业医院图书馆书刊资源利用率低与馆藏数量和质量、信息检索手段和服务质量、激励机制 ,领导不重视造成图书馆建设滞后有关 ,本文对此提出了相应对策。
The utilization rate of the books and the periodicals resources in enterprise hospital library is low,it has a relation with the amount and the quality of collect,the method of information index and the service quality,encouragement mechanism,the library construction fell behind because the lead had not think highly.It suggested corresponding countermeasure.
