摘要
目的 探讨标准插入式耳机的耳间衰减值。方法 将 75名年龄 12~ 6 8岁的一耳听力正常 ,另一耳重度到极重度感音神经性聋的受试者 (男 4 7名 ,女 2 8名 ) ,随机分为两组 ,分别以TDH - 39压耳式耳机 (n =4 6 )和ER - 3A标准插入式耳机 (n =2 9)进行耳间衰减值的测量及比较。结果 ①ER - 3A插入式耳机的耳间衰减最大值为 10 5dB ,最小值为 5 5dB ,TDH - 39压耳式耳机的耳间衰减最大值为 90dB ,最小值为 4 5dB ;②对不同耳机组 ,不同频率的耳间衰减值进行双因素方差分析 (耳机×频率 ) ,两种耳机的耳间衰减的差异具有显著性 (F =6 8.5 2 6 ,P =0 .0 0 0 ) ,各个频率耳间衰减的差异也具有显著性 (F =10 .4 16 ,P =0 .0 0 0 ) ;③在插入式耳机组中 ,不同频率的耳间衰减值经单因素方差分析 ,其差异有显著性意义 (F =11.6 30 ,P =0 .0 0 )。结论 插入式耳机因为增大了耳间衰减 ,从而减少了交叉听力及超掩蔽的可能 。
Objective To investigate the inter-aural attenuation of the standard insert phone.Methods 75 severe to profound sensori-neural hearing impaired people aged from 12 to 68 were randomly divided into two groups. Inter-aural attenuation was tested either by TDH-39 ( n =46) or by ER-3A insert phone ( n =29). The data was processed by SPSS software.Results The maximum and minimum inter-aural attenuations of ER-3A were 105 and 55 dB, and 90 and 45 dB of TDH-39.2-way repeated measure ANOV (phone×frequency)showed there existed significant difference both between the two earphones ( F =68.526, P =0.000) and among the frequencies ( F =10.416, P =0.000). ANOV indicated statistical significance between frequencies in insert phone ( F =11.630, P =0.00). Conclusion By increasing the inter-aural attenuation, insert phone could in some degree solve the masking dilemma encountered by TDH-39.
