摘要
本文对网络环境下信息主体与信息客体进行了简单的陈述 ,在此基础上着重对信息技术与信息需求之间的关系及其相互影响进行了较为深入的探讨。指出了信息技术发展的不同阶段决定了信息需求满足的不同程度 ,而不同层面的信息需求也在引导着信息技术发展的方向。
This paper give a simple analysis about the information users and information object,on which the author deeply probes into the relationship and effect between the information needs and information technology.It is suggested that the information technology during different developing phases differentially meet the information needs,and the different tier of information needs lead the development direction of information technology.
