本文以 90年代以来国内外档案学领域学者在电子文件及电子档案管理方面的理论研究成果做了较为系统的总结和评价 ,旨在为该领域研究进一步的深入提供新的起点与推动力。

To aim at offering new starting point and motive force for further studying of this domain,this article systematically summarizes and reviews the domestic and international archival studies'theoretical research results achieved by scholars of this field in electronic records and electronic archives administration since the 1990s.
