Investigation on Parameter Optimization of a Reentrant Combustion System for Diesel Engine

在小型增压直喷式柴油机上采用缩口排放型燃烧室 ,对其喷射系统参数进行匹配试验研究。试验结果表明 ,在不影响柴油机性能的前提下 ,通过喷射系统参数的优化匹配 。

A DI Combustion system used for diesel engine is one of the main developing fields. Now a reentrant and low emission combustion chamber has been used widely. To improve the efficiency of this combustion chamber, the matching parameters between injection system and combustion chamber should be optimized. In this paper, the experimental investigation on matching parameters of injection system was made on a light duty DI turbo charge diesel engine. The experimental results showed that the emission characteristics of the engine was greatly improved after the optimization and the engine performance kept at the original level.
