摘要
为实现液力机械传动车辆换挡过程的自动控制 ,研究了自动换挡控制系统的硬件和软件。描述了系统软硬件的构成和设计方法 ,研究了输入 (包括脉冲量输入、模拟量输入、开关量输入 )模块和输出模块的设计原则。在控制软件设计中 ,采用模块化的设计思想 ,应用实时多任务软件控制技术 ,以中断控制为核心 ,保证了软件的可扩充性与重组性 ;为便于对系统的监测和控制 ,设计了 PC机监控软件。为了验证系统设计的正确性 ,进行了模拟试验 ,结果表明 ,自动换挡控制系统的原理正确 ,技术可行 。
An automatic shift control system, including hardware and software, has been developed in this paper for the purpose of realizing automatic control of a vehicle equipped with hydro mechanical transmission during shifting. The configuration and the design method of the system were described. Design principle of the input module, such as pulse data, analog signals and on off value, and the output module were investigated. Utilizing the idea of modularizing design and the control technology of real time and multi task, the control software was designed, which can be extended and regrouped easily due to it's focus on the interrupt control. PC monitor software has also been designed to inspect and control the system. To validate the design, a simulation test was tried out. The testing results showed that the principle of automatic shift control system was correct and the technology available.
