摘要
针对温度对半导体压力传感器输出影响的问题,提出一种新的消除方法———神经网络法,建立了2-6-1神经网络结构,并利用神经网络的学习记忆功能,消除了温度对传感器输出的影响,实际运行结果表明,该方法具有实用、高效等特点。
For the problem of influence of temperature on the output of semiconductor pressure sensor ,a new elimination way--neural network is pointed out.The 2-6-1 neural network structure is established and the function of neural network leaning and memory is utilized to eliminate the temperature influence.The practical results show its feature is effective and useful.
