摘要
介绍了利用磁致伸缩效应的光纤马赫-曾德尔干涉型磁传感器的基本结构,给出了传感器的工作基本原理,重点论述了传感器的实验研究进展,尤其是低频交变磁场和直流磁场的检测,以及闭环检测与磁滞效应问题的解决,讨论了传感器目前的研究状况及今后的研究发展方向。
The framework of the Mach-Zehnder fibre-optic interferential magnetic sensor utilising magnetostrictive effect is introduced,and the principle of detection is presented. The development of experimental research,especially including the way to detect low-frequency AC and DC magnetic fields and the approach to eliminate problems associated with magnetic hysteresis through a closed-loop detection mode, is demonstrated. The present level of investigation on this type of magnetometer and the direction of its future study are also discussed.
