摘要
以油菜为试材 ,研究在镉胁迫条件下 ,单一稀土 (La、Ce、Nd、Pr)和混合稀土 (常乐 )浸种处理对油菜中重金属元素Cd、Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni、Co富积量的缓解效应。结果表明 ,单一稀土La或Ce对 6种重金属元素的富积量缓解作用最大 ,同时Nd、Pr也表现一定的抑制作用 ,并随镉胁迫加重 ,对Cd、Cu元素缓解作用加强 ,对Zn、Pb、Ni、Co缓解作用减弱。混合稀土对 6种重金属元素的富积量表现促进作用 (除Pb外 )。降低重金属元素累积能力大体以Ce处理最佳 ,且均不同程度提高了油菜干物质的产量 ,表明单一稀土对重金属元素富积量的缓解作用优于混合稀土。
Under the Cd stress, by seed soaking treatment, the effects of unitary (La, Ce, Na and Pr) and mixed rare-earth elements (Chang le)on the accumulation of heavy metals, Cd, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni and Co, in rapes were studied in this paper. The result indicated that, unitary rare-earth elements La and Ce had the most significant alleviation effect on the accumulation of the six heavy metals; at the same time, Nd and Pr showed certain effect of inhibition, and with the aggravation of Cd stress, the alleviation effect on Cd and Cu strengthened, while that on Ni and Co weakened. The mixed rare-earth elements showed acceleration effect on the accumulation of the six heavy metals (Pb excluded). The abitity of decreasing the accumulation of heavy metals was best shown by Ce treatment while the treatments increased the output of dry matters in rapes in different degrees, which indicated that the alleviation effects on the accumulation of heavy metals of unitary rare-earth elements were better than those of the mixed ones.
