双圆盘开沟器开沟沟形的计算机模拟分析

Simulation study on the property and motion of the double-disk digger

本文对圆盘开沟器的运动及开沟形状进行计算机模拟和分析 ,研究其不同参数下所开沟底的形状。利用仿真这一现代方法 ,以计算机作为工具 ,使用VB程序语言编程 ,通过分析开沟器的受力及运动 ,建立数学模型。形象再现不同参数下的沟底形状 ,以适应不同作物播种的需要。并为播种机的进一步优化设计提供依据。从而达到提高播种机整机的工作性能和生产率的要求。

In this paper, the motion of the double-disk digger and the ditch's shape were simulated and analyzed by the computer. Simulating the different ditch's shape with the different parameters and then satisfying different crops. Through computer's simulation, the motion equation of the double-disk digger and mathematical pattern were established, which can provide the basis for the optimum design, and improve the working capability and productivity of the planter.
