摘要
为解决板栗贮藏中的霉烂问题 ,于 2 0 0 0— 2 0 0 2年进行了太行山板栗生物保鲜剂保鲜效果的研究。 0 5 %生物抑菌素处理的板栗在室温贮存 170d后 ,好果率高达 91 6 7% ,0~ 7℃低温贮藏的板栗好果率 10 0 % ;甲壳素生物保鲜剂 2 0 0倍液处理 ,室温贮存 170d后栗实的好果率为 6 1 93% ,0~ 7℃低温下贮藏好果率 96 17%。研究表明两种生物保鲜剂对太行山板栗均具有良好的保鲜效果。
Free-pollutant fresh-keeping agents of Taihang chestnut (Castanea mollissima Bl.) were being exploited from 2000 to 2002 in order to ruduce chestnut decay during storage. Before storage soaked the nuts with 0.5% bio-fungicide, the intacted nut percentage was up to 91.67% and 100% respectively after they were stored for 170 days in room temperature and in low temperature (0~7℃); and at the end of storage, the intaced nut percentage was 61.93% and 96.17% respectively with 200× chitin biological fresh-keeping agent. The result showed that the two kinds of biological fresh-keeping agents had obvious fresh-keeping effect on Taihang chestnut
