摘要
Using the data of F1 hybrids of 30 twin crosses from 5×6 incomplete dial design we estimated the combining ability in hybrid Gastrodia elata,The main results were as follows:The production yield of F1 hybrids was much influenced by G.elata f.flavida and G.elata f.glauca.The general combining abilities(gi and gj)of G.elata f.flavida and G.elata f.glauca were much more larger than the specific combining abilities of combine(sij).There were positive correlations between the general combining abilities and the phenotypic value of parents.Therefore the phenotypic value of parents selects could be considered as a standard of selection parents.
