The histogenesis and development of cerebellar cortex in goat fetus

摘要  对山羊胚胎小脑皮质形成及其神经元发育的形态学变化进行了研究。结果表明:(1)山羊胚胎小脑形成于第6周末,小脑皮质的外颗粒层、分子层首先形成。(2)发育过程中,山羊胚胎小脑的外颗粒层呈现出非常复杂的变化趋势:第7~10周外颗粒层达到一定厚度,第11~12周开始变薄,此后外颗粒层又开始变厚,直到第15~16周又变薄,17~18周再次增厚,此后再次变薄,直到出生前1周外颗粒层已经较薄,仅有4~5层细胞。(3)山羊胚胎的蒲肯野氏细胞可能在第8周以前就已聚集定位,第14周以后,蒲肯野氏细胞内部结构逐渐发育成熟,这说明蒲肯野氏细胞虽然发生较早,但其开始发育的时间较晚。 The histogenesis and development of cerebellar cortex were observed in goats fetus by using HE staining.The results are as followings:(1) The cerebellum are formed in the sixth weekend in goats fetus.The external granular layer and the molecular layer could be distinguished.(2) The external granular layer presents very complicated variational current in developing of goats fetus.The width of external granular layer increased from the seventh week to the tenth week,and decreased during the 11th and the 12th week.Then the width increased again from the 13th week to the 15th week,and decreased again in the 16th week.In the 17th week the width increased and decreased in the 19th week.The external granular layer were formed by 4 to 5 layers cell in the 21th week.(3) The Purkinje cell were likely to migrate to place in the 8th week,and the Purkinje cell's outline could be identified in the 14th week.This indicated that the generation of Purkinje cell is early,but the organelle of the Purkinje cell developed later.
