小尾寒羊子宫复旧的B-超影像学研究

摘要 应用B型实时超声断层扫描仪(B-超)对10只小尾寒羊子宫复旧过程和复旧规律进行研究。试验结果表明,受试羊子宫体、子宫壁和子宫颈复旧的平均时间为(23.2±6.22)、(25.2±2.51)和(19.0±3.67)d。复旧期子宫体的直径逐渐变小,至产后25d子宫体与子宫角的直径基本相同。产后1d子宫壁的平均厚度从产前7d的3.28±0.24mm迅速增厚为7.16±0.47mm,产后4d达到最厚为9.12±0.34mm,以后逐渐变薄,到产后28d为3.44±0.11mm。产后1~9d可见子宫阜,产后1d宫阜直径较大为24.58±5.59mm,其超声图像的中间呈暗区、周围为白色,以后子宫阜直径逐渐缩小,超声影像图变白,从13d以后监测不到;子宫颈在产后1~10d处于开放状态,产后7d可看到子宫颈管的环形褶,产后13d以后其超声图像变白。 The ultrasonographic changes of the uterus in the postpartum ewes (n=10) were studied by using B-mode ultrasound scanner. The results from the experiment showed that the meantime for the completion of involution of previously gravid, non-gravid uterine horn and cervical were 23.2±6.22, 25.2±2.51 and 19.0±3.67 days respectively, the diameter of the uterus decreased, and was the same size as that of the corn at the day 25 postpartum. The thickness of the uterine wall increased from 3.28±0.24mm at day 7 preparturition to 7.16±0.47mm at 1st day postpartum, then increased to 9.12±0.34mm 4 days later, from then it decreased to 3.44±0.11mm at 28 days postpartum. The caruncle could be seen within 1~9 days postpartum, which was 24.58±5.59mm in diameter at 1st day postpartum. It was found that the middle part of the caruncle was dark, while the peripheral section was white. The diameter became smaller after the 1st day postpartum, and became more white, and could not be detected at 13 days after parturition. The cervix was open at 1~10 days postpartum, the round plait could be found in the cervical cannel 7 days after parturition, and its ultrasonic image became white after day 13 postpartum.
