黄瓜果实反,顺-2,6-壬二烯醛与反-2-壬烯醛比值的变化 被引量:6

摘要 黄瓜果实发育的前期和中期,反,顺-2,6-壬二烯醛/反-2-壬烯醛的比值较高,衰老的果实这一比值较低。整个生育期内,在植株生长旺盛的前期和中期,果实中反,顺-2,6-壬二烯醛/反-2-壬烯醛的比值较高;随着植株衰老,果实的此比值下降,反,顺-2,6-壬二烯醛/反-2-壬烯醛比值又受坐果密度的影响。不同品种果实中,反,顺-2,6-壬二烯醛/反-2-壬烯醛的比值均随栽培季节的变化而变化,秋季这一比值较高,夏季较低,冬季高于夏季,但不及秋季的高。 Ratio of trans-2-cis-6-nonadienal content to trans-2-nonenal is high during the early and middle stage of cucumber fruit development, it is low in old fruits. This ratio is higher in early setting fruit than in late setting fruit with the plant growth, at the same time, density of fruit setting has effect on ratio of trans-2-cis-6-nonadienal content to trans-2-nonenal. This ratio is also affected by seasons, fruits growth in fall have higher value of this ratio than in winter, the lowest value appeared in summer. 
