B16黑色素瘤血管生长因子的表达及其相关性研究(英文)

Study of expression of vascular growth factors and their correlations in B16 melanoma

目的 探讨小鼠B16黑色素瘤血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、转化生长因子 (TGFβ1和TGFα)的表达情况 ,并对其表达的相关性作初步研究。 方法 采用免疫组织化学法 (S -P法 )对 2 0例小鼠B16黑色素瘤进行上述四种抗体染色。结果 VEGF ,bFGF ,TGFβ 1,TGFα表达阳性率分别为 80 .0 % ,5 0 .0 % ,6 5 .0 % ,80 .0 % ,而四者均表达阳性及四者均表达阴性的百分率分别为 5 0 .0 %和 10 .0 % ,采用Spearman等级相关分析发现VEGF与TGFα具有相关性 (r=0 .6 5 2 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而其余则没有相关性。结论 B16黑色素瘤能够表达多种血管生长因子 ,VEGF与TGFα的表达具有一定的相关性。

Objective:To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and transforming growth factor (TGF-β 1 and TGF-α) and their correlations in B16 melanoma.Methods:All these factors were detected by immunohistochemical assay (S-P method) in the specimens of 20 cases of mice B16 melanoma.Results:The positive expression rates of VEGF, bFGF, TGF-β 1 and TGF-α were 80.0%, 50.0%, 65.0% and 80.0% respectively. The rate that all these factors were positively expressed in the same case was 50.0% and negatively was 10.0%. Spearman rank correlation analysis suggested that the expression of VEGF and TGF-α was correlated (r=0.652, P<0.05).Conclusions:B16 melanoma can express many vascular growth factors and there was a correlation between the expression of VEGF and that of TGF-α.
