早期乳腺癌保乳手术的临床研究(英文)

Clinical study of breast conserving treatment for early-stage breast cancer

目的 探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的疗效及整形效果。方法 从 1996年 5月到 2 0 0 0年 3月为 2 3例早期乳腺癌患者施行保乳手术 ,术后给予化疗及辅助放疗。本文拟将本组病例与同期早期乳腺癌施行改良根治术 5 0例 ,做以比较 ,观察保乳手术是否与根治手术存在疗效上的差异。结果 施行保乳手术组与对照组在预后上没有明显差异 ,乳房整形效果良好。结论 早期乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术近期疗效相似 ,且满足了患者保留乳房的愿望 ,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effects of breast conserving treatment for early-stage breast cancer.Methods:From May 1996 to March 2000, 23 cases of early-stage breast cancer were treated with breast-preserving surgery. The control group had 50 cases, treated with modified radical mastectomy. All the cases were performed with the same adjuvant treatment.Survival rate and recurrence rate were observed. Results:The short-term progress of breast conserving treatment in early-stage breast cancer was not significantly different from that of modified radical mastectomy. Cosmetic effects of breast were satisfied.Conclusions:Breast conserving treatment for early-stage breast cancer had favorable effects both on progress and on cosmetic. Therefore, it is valuable for wide use.
