重型颅脑损伤者的四肢长骨骨折手术时机探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的 为提高重型颅脑损伤合并四肢长骨骨折患者的康复质量 ,探讨一个最佳时机手术处理骨折。方法 对 10 5例重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者不同时机手术治疗四肢长骨骨折进行分析。结果 急诊手术组肢体功能恢复正常占 87.5 % ,伤后 7~ 10d内手术组肢体恢复正常占 86 .1% ,伤后 14~ 4 5d内手术组肢体恢复正常占 6 1.3%。结论 重型颅脑损伤合并四肢长骨骨折患者手术治疗骨折的时机宜根据创伤的具体情况来选择 ,在生命体征基本稳定的情况下尽早 (伤后 7~ 10d)手术治疗四肢长骨骨折 ,复位及固定容易 ,解剖复位率高 ,耗时短 ,创伤小 ,可避免长时间肢体外固定 ,便于早期功能锻炼 ,促进全身恢复。尽早行手术治疗骨折也有利于颅脑损伤的救治。
