瘦素与骨形成的研究进展

摘要 瘦素(leptin)可能参与人体内多种代谢的调节。研究发现,骨髓中的脂肪细胞能合成瘦素,揭示瘦素可能参与了骨形成。另外瘦素可作用于人骨髓间质细胞,使其向成骨细胞分化,同时抑制该细胞向脂肪细胞分化。体外研究显示,瘦素还可能通过中枢神经对骨形成发挥间接的抑制作用。
