摘要 目的 :研究饲喂不同食物的小鼠血清中微量元素含量水平的变化。方法 :将小鼠随机分成对照组、实验A组、实验B组 ,分别饲喂正常饲料、加喂鸡蛋、加喂鸡蛋及葵花子仁 ,应用原子吸收光谱法测定 3组小鼠血清中锌、铜、铁、钙、镁的含量。结果 :两个实验组雌、雄小鼠血清中的铁含量水平均对应高于对照组的雌、雄小鼠 ,锌均对应低于对照组 ,锌、铁之间呈负相关。实验B组雌性小鼠的铜、铁均高于实验A组和对照组的雌、雄性小鼠及同组的雄性小鼠。结论 :经常食用鸡蛋、葵花子仁等天然食品 ,可能提高人们特别是妇女体内一些必需微量元素的含量水平 。 Objective:To study the changes of serum trace elements levels in mice feedind with different animal food. Methods:The mice were respectively feeding with normal feedstuff, appending with egg, appending with egg and sunflower seed, which were randomly divided into three groups: control group, experimental group A and experimental group B. Their serum content levels of Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca,Mg in three groups were determined by AAS. Results:The serum content levels of Fe of male mice and female mice in two experimental groups were correspondingly higher than those of the control group. The serum levels of Zn of male mice and female mice in two experimental groups were correspondingly lower than those of the control group. The correlation of Zn and Fe was negative. The serum levels of Cu,Fe of female mice in the experimental group B were higher than those of male mice and female mice in the experimental group A and the control group, and they were also higher than those of male mice in the same group. Conclusion:The results suggested that it was beneficial to health for eating natural food such as egg and sunflower seed which might increase the levels of necessary trace elements for woman especially.
