摘要 介绍了显微结构中的一些主要要素对微波介质陶瓷性能的影响。重点分析了晶粒—主晶相、玻璃相、气孔以及缺陷对微波介质陶瓷性能的影响。并且通过选择适当的工艺方法,如掺杂、湿化学合成方法等,实现陶瓷结构的致密、均匀,从而提高陶瓷体的微波性能。 The relationship between the microstructures and the performances of the microwave dielectric ceramics were investigated. And the effects on the microwave properties of the crystal grain (host crystal), glass phase, pores and deficiencies were been stressed. When the suitable process of synthesizes and sintering is selected, such as doping or wet chemical synthesize, the compact homogeneous ceramics can be achieved. So the microwave dielectric performances can be improved.
