酸性染料对丝绸织物的电化学染色的动力学研究

Investigation about Kinetics of Electrochemical Dyeing of Silk with Acid Dyes

以酸性染料染丝绸织物为例,对电化学染色的动力学进行了研究,结果表明,与常规染色相比,电化学染色技术不但可以增大扩散系数,加快上染速率,提高生产效率,而且可以降低酸性染料上染的活化能。

Based on dyeing silk fabrics with acid dyes, the kinetics of electrochemical dyeing is investigated. The results infest thatcomparison with normal dyeing technology the electrochemical dyeing can not only enlarge the diffusion coefficient, improve thedyeing rate and increase the productivity, but also reduce the active energy.
