摘要
采用正交分析方法对平果铝土矿的溶出率进行最优分析,得到了氧化铝的溶出率与溶出温度、溶出时间、苛性碱浓度及石灰添加量的数学模型,利用该数学模型可以看出各个因素对溶出率影响的趋势,获得最佳的溶出条件,可以根据该模型制定更为合理的溶出工艺参数。
This paper,on the basis of normal analysis,makes an optimal analysis of the rate of digestion of Pingguo bauxite by the normal analysis and finds the relations between digestion temperature,digestion time,concentration of sodium hydroxide and quantity of calcareousness. The tendency for all the factors to influence the alumina digestion rate can be shown by a math matrix, from which the optimal digestion conditions can be obtained. More reasonable digestion parameters can be set according to the matrix.
