摘要
通过介绍旋转闪蒸干燥的工作原理、工艺设计和设备组成等内容,结合物料的特性阐明了旋转闪蒸干燥工艺控制参数的优化,并将旋转闪蒸干燥与原炕床式干燥作比较,说明了旋转闪蒸干燥技术针对沉淀硫酸钡物料干燥的优越性。
This paper introduces the operational principles,process design and components of rotary flash drying process in combination with the characteristics of the feed material.Comparisons between the ro-tary flash drying and the conventional heating bed drying are made in terms of optimization the process pa-rameters of rotary flash drying for the deposited barium sulfate.
