摘要
以Na+,K+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42-———H2O五元交互体系相图分析和试验,对青海某盐湖卤水提锂过程的自然蒸发阶段的蒸发析盐规律进行研究。蒸发过程中,使镁离子以镁复盐及镁的水合盐的形式,分阶段结晶析出加以分离,获得镁锂比低,锂离子浓度高的富锂卤水。同时副产氯化钠,钾盐,镁盐等有价值的副产品,使提锂成本降低,资源利用率提高。
By way of analysis of Na + ,K + ,Mg 2+ //Cl - ,SO 42- -- - H 2 O quinary system and the experiments,the laws of crystallization in the step of natural evaporation in the process to produce Li 2 CO 3 from the salt lake brine is studied.In this evaporation process,the magnesium ions crystallize out in the form of complex salts and hydrated salts,which carry on step-by-step,and the salts can be separated.The bittern,in which the ratio of magnesium and lithium is lower and lithium is concentrated,is obtained.At the same time,sodium chloride,magnesium salts,potassium salts can be by-produced.
