摘要
从工程实用的角度对简支梁受摆杆撞击的过程进行了分析,将此种撞击按非完全弹性碰撞考虑,根据能量守恒的原理,应用撞击物——摆杆撞击简支梁试样前后的重力势能之差,给出了此种撞击形式的动荷系数计算公式。通过改装的冲击试验机和所配置的瞬态动应力测试记录系统,对简支梁试样受摆杆撞击时的动荷系数进行了测试。试验测取的动荷系数值与所给出的公式计算值得到较好的吻合,所给公式可以应用于此种形式撞击问题的动应力分析。
A simply supported beam struck by a pendulum is analyzed under the imperfect elasticity impact condition. By analyzing the pendulum potential energy differences before and after the impact, a relatively simple formula has been derived based on the energy theorem, which can satisfactorily give the value of the dynamic load coefficient. This dynamic load coefficient value has been verified on an improved impact machine implemented with a system to measure and record instantaneous dynamic stress disposed by the authors. The calculated values by the formula have been found to agree very well with the testing data recorded on the improved impact device. The formula is therefore useful in this type of dynamic stress analysis.
