摘要
通过调整胶料的混炼工艺,达到了降低生产成本、提高生产效率的目的。试验室物理性能检测显示,胶料的性能没有损失,同时,批试成品胎的实际里程试验结果显示,混炼工艺的调整对轮胎综合性能无异常影响。经过测算,混炼工艺调整每天可以节约能量1400千瓦时,节约车次80个,经济效益显著。
To reduce the production cost and improve the productivity by adjust the tread compound mixing step.The results showed that the properties of tread compound and finished tire doesn't change almost,but can save energy 1400kwh、productivity 80 batch per workday.In general,the economic mileage is very outstanding.
