摘要
介绍了PtM阳极催化剂加入第二金属组分后对Pt晶体结构、颗粒大小、分散度等方面的影响以及PtM相互之间、PtM与载体之间的相互作用。由于存在这些相互作用 ,使其改变了Pt的CO中毒特性 ,导致了不同的反应活化能、反应级数以及CO的表面覆盖率。
The CO-tolerant anodic electrocatalyst is one of the key components for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. It can affect the cell performance seriously, particelarly for direct methanol fuel cell. To understand the relation between the structure of catalyst and reaction mechanism is beneficial to develop good catalyst. In this paper, the effects of doping second metals on the lattice constant on the particle size, dispersion of Pt, interaction between support and PtM alloy, and interalloy interaction are introduced, respectively. These interactions can change the CO-poisoning characteristics, resulting in different reaction activation energies, reaction orders and CO surface coverage. Finally, CO-tolerant mechanisms of several extant catalysts are analyzed, and the R&D trend of the ternary, or multi-components CO-tolerant anodic catalysts are also introduced.
