With spinach to be the main raw material, this paper investigated the methods of valuating fruit and vegetable paper quality. Various facts effecting quality of papers are also been discussed. The best optimum technology parameters are found. The conclusion is: fruit and vegetable papers suit for old person and teenagers to eat. They are also eatable inner package materials.
