摘要 综述三唑类抗真菌药物的构效关系 ,介绍新结构类型的三唑类抗真菌药物。为进一步探讨该类药物的结构优化 ,开发更多更新的广谱、高效、低毒的抗真菌药物 ,提供研究思路。 The structure activity relationship of triazole antifungals was reviewed, and antifungal triazoles based on new structures were introduced so as to contribute to further structural optimization and development of them.
